Under no circumstances will a cheque, credit note or cash be issued by way of refund. Any refunds given will be made to your credit card account. You will be responsible for returning your goods and any costs incurred. The base measures approximately 40cm x 30cm. Our hand crafted willow is sturdy enough for any pet and is not treated with any harmful chemicals.
