Uses Deramaxx Chew Tablets contains deracoxib as the active ingredient. Dermaxx belongs to the class of medicine known as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Deramaxx is indicated for the control of pain and inflammation associated with canine osteoarthritis and postoperative orthopedic pain in dogs. This medication helps to reduce your dog’s arthritic pain, which can help your pet to stay active and enjoy playing again. Cautions Deramaxx Chew Tablets is contraindicated in animals with a history of an allergic reaction to deracoxib. Keep out of reach of children. How to use Deramaxx is for oral use in dogs only. Administer this medication to your pet as directed by the veterinarian and follow the instructions on manufacturer’s packaging. Possible side effects Dizziness, diarrhea, headache are some of the possible side effects. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your veterinarian promptly. Missed dose If you miss giving a dose, give it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
