The outside edges are rounded and covered with a reflective material in order to ensure the highest degree of visibility and to ensure that the edges are not irritating the skin. The double D-ring feature ensures that you have extra control over your dog. The step-in design has clips on the back, making this easy to use. This fits dogs with chests between 19 and 23 inches.
